2. What We Offer

The To-Do Crew-NWA provides outdoor and home-task assistance services — including yard clean-ups, light donation or junk hauls, window screen repairs, and garage clean-outs / resets, etc.

• Services offered on a per-job basis (no regulated trades).
• TDCrew may feature or repost customer photos or reviews with credit.

3. Pricing & Billing

• Pricing: One-time jobs ( possible future subscriptions [TBD]).
• Billing: Per-job quote, hourly, or per-task pricing.
• Payment: Cash, Venmo, and checks.
• Deposits: None required.
• Refunds/Cancellations: Non-refundable once work begins; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
• Chargebacks/Late Payments: Customers agree to contact TDCrew before initiating a chargeback and are responsible for any related fees.

Pay at or before service. If you dispute a charge, talk to us first to avoid bank fees.

4. Orders, Delivery & Access

• Bookings by text or email; confirmation by verbal, text, or written agreement.
• Most work is on-site; some items (e.g., window screens) may be taken off-site and returned.
• Services available within ~25 miles of Rogers, Arkansas; hours 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• TDCrew may reschedule due to weather or other conditions.

5. Accounts & Acceptable Use

No online accounts required; all communication via call, text, or email.

Eligibility: 18+ only ( minors with parent/guardian consent ).

Prohibited behavior: harassment, false info, unsafe conditions, illegal dumping, misuse of TDCrew name/photos.

Enforcement: TDCrew may immediately refuse service for violations.

6. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All photos, logos, and content belong to TDCrew. Customers may share public content for personal, non-commercial use with credit. Tagged or submitted content grants TDCrew permission to repost or feature it.

7. Third Parties & Marketplaces

TDCrew uses third-party tools (Venmo, Instagram, Facebook). Each has its own privacy terms and data handling practices. TDCrew is not responsible for those platforms’ outages or policies.

8. Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnity

Services are provided “as-is.” Results may vary due to weather, materials, or property conditions.

Liability cap: limited to the amount paid for the service [TBD – confirm with counsel]. No indirect or consequential damages.

Customer responsibility: maintain safe conditions and follow laws. Customers indemnify TDCrew against claims arising from their own actions.

9. Promotions & Offers

TDCrew does not currently offer customer coupons or referral rewards. Future offers may have their own terms and may change without notice.

Business-to-business referrals: TDCrew may refer or receive referrals from local professionals; these are handled privately and not public promotions.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by Arkansas law. Most service fees are under $1,000; disputes generally go to Benton County small claims court. Larger cases may use binding arbitration under AAA rules. Each party pays its own costs unless decided otherwise.

Class-action waiver: All disputes must be handled individually.

11. Termination & Changes

TDCrew may suspend or terminate services for unsafe conditions, nonpayment, or disrespectful behavior. Customers may cancel future services (subject to fees).

TDCrew may update these Terms by posting revised versions online or by email. Changes take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Payment, liability, IP, and dispute sections survive termination.

12. Mobile / App-Store Specifics

No mobile app currently exists. If added later, required store terms will apply.

13. Export & Compliance
